Seeking a Board-certified Facility Medical Director to lead an anesthesiology team 

Full-Time, Employed position
 
Along with clinical duties, the Facility Medical Director's responsibilities include: providing visible and responsible medical leadership for anesthesia services; meeting regularly with hospital administration and other key stakeholders to discuss expectations and improvement initiatives; quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement duties. 

This facility has 103 beds and 4,900 cases, including general, OB/GYN, ortho, podiatry, ENT, and healthy peds.  No hearts or heads.

• The Medical Director will take some minimal 1st call, such as 1 weekend day per month

 • Probably just back up call during the week
