Cardiology Nurse Practitioner - 1349848

Seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join a group in Trenton area. At least one year of experience post training as a cardiology NP in an inpatient or outpatient setting required. Experience in Electrophysiology a plus.

 

·        Active RN and NP, or PA NJ license and CDS

·        NO relocation unless exceptionally qualified

·        EP specific job duties

Training will be provided in the following areas:

o Reading

1.     Holters

2.     Remotes

3.     LifeVest

4.     Impedence Crossing

o Triage

o Office clinical calls visit types

1.     In office site checks

1.     Post Op Appt

2.     Past post op appt but has complaints

2.     In office level 4 device checks

3.     Symptom related visit

4.     Impedence crossing/heart failure

5.     Hospital Follow Up Appointments



A local candidate interested in this area would fit nicely into this full service private cardiology practice alongside other NP/PA's in the practice. Duties include both inpatient and outpatient. This is a very busy practice, so candidate must be comfortable independently evaluating and treating cardiac patients. This state-of-the-art office is fully equipped with ECHO, vascular, EKG, treadmill stress testing, nuclear imaging, vein ablation, Holter & Event monitoring. Candidates with active RN and NP New Jersey license preferred.
