Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) – Behavioral Health - Near Knoxville, Tennessee
Opportunity Highlights:
- Leadership role at a respected inpatient/outpatient behavioral health facility
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Oversee nursing operations, patient care, staffing, and quality initiatives
- Work with experienced, tenured clinical and administrative team
- Reports directly to CEO/Administrator
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $135,000–$150,000+ with performance incentives

Responsibilities:
- Lead nursing operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Manage budgeting, staffing, and departmental performance
- Drive quality assurance and regulatory compliance (DNV/Joint Commission)
- Support strategic planning and program development
Qualifications:
- RN, BSN required; MSN preferred
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience
- Behavioral health/psychiatric experience required
- Experience with QA and accreditation standards preferred
