Clinical Nurse Manager - Outpatient
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality ambulatory clinic care, ensuring efficient clinic operations for elderly patients.
- Direct day-to-day operations within the clinic under the guidance of the Clinical Services Director (CSD).
- Coordinate clinic workflows to ensure effective clinical services.
- Develop and manage clinic staff, providing coaching, supervision, and fostering engagement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to enhance clinic operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of interventions in participants’ care plans and adherence to workflows and policies.
- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of coordination and services in collaboration with medical practice leadership.
- Serve as the audit lead for clinical and nursing elements during CMS/DHCS audit reviews.
- Develop and monitor corrective action plans to maintain compliance.
Essential Job Duties:
- Operate a high-performing, safe clinic with efficient workflows and protocols.
- Hire, retain, coach, develop, and supervise clinic team members.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure accurate documentation of interventions and adherence to care plans.
- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of coordination and services.
- Serve as the audit lead for clinical and nursing elements.
- Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
Job Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Unencumbered registered nurse (RN) state license.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience overseeing an ambulatory clinic operation.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population.
- Leadership experience required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $122,013 to $152,516.
