Endocrinologist - 1557455

Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to join practice in Valparaiso IN area and just 1 hour from Chicago. 

The physician will work collaboratively with our current team of one endocrinologist, an endocrinology nurse practitioner, RN-CDE, RD and 5 support staff to deliver the highest quality patient care.  We have an active program utilizing the latest technologies for treating type 1 diabetes and draw patients from all Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan.

• Flexible Outpatient Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Option to work up-to 50% remote
• Average outpatient volume: 15-20 per day
• Fully clinic based practice or option for inpatient consultations 1 – 2 times per week at a hospital
• Certified Diabetes Educator onsite
• Registered Dietician onsite
• EPIC electronic medical record
