Compensation & Benefits:

$275K–$300K base salary (DOE)
- Choice of productivity model:

50% of collections over $350K annually, or
- RVU-based incentive model
- $25K sign-on bonus
- Up to $10K relocation assistance
- 3-year employment agreement
Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Endocrinology
- Eligible for Alabama medical license
