Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician – Post Acute Care – Tucson, AZ Suburbs
Position Highlights:
- Full-time opportunity with Monday–Friday schedule
- Flexible, customizable rounding schedule in post-acute care settings
- Average 15–20 patients per day across skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, and long-term care
- No primary night call
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and hospice/palliative partners

Compensation & Benefits:
- Productivity-based model (Fee-for-Service)
- Estimated income range: $296,000–$345,000 annually with no cap on monthly bonuses

Candidate Requirements:
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Minimum of 1-year primary care experience
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
