Family Medicine Physician - 1589736

Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family to join a practice with 1 Family Medicine physician and 3 advanced practice providers.   Located 40 miles south of Indianapolis.   

• Flexible Full Time Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Shared call amongst group:
• Call starts Friday – Monday, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Rotating Holiday Call
• Average outpatient volume: 20 - 24 patients per day
• Dedicated medical assistant
• Telehealth offered
• Lab onsite
• Collegial team
