Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a practice with 4 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers.    

Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Weekday call is rotated among the physicians: 1:7
• Weekend Call: 1:14
• Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day
• No inpatient work or OB
• Lab onsite
• Imaging
• Sports Medicine located in same building
• Outpatient physical therapy
