Hematology/Oncology – Private Practice – East Coast of Florida

Excellent opportunity to join four Board-Certified Hematologists/Oncologists, five (5) highly trained Nurse Practitioners, and four (4) outstanding Physician Assistants in a growing private practice located on the East Coast of Florida, one hour from Palm Beach. 

The practice consists of a distinguished team of medical professionals committed to providing patients with the highest quality cancer care available today. They are dedicated to providing compassionate care for every patient in a warm, comfortable setting.

They offer ancillary services including financial counseling and resources to help patients and their families on their cancer journey with five convenient locations.

New physician will average 20 – 30 patients per day once fully established.  Call is shared equally with all MD providers.  Weekday call is typically telephone only as the Midlevel providers triage all calls.  Weekend call is shared between one MD provider and a midlevel. 

The practice has several office locations all within 15 minutes of each other.  Physicians are based at one office each day and do not rotate.  The offices are fully equipped with three having 15 infusion chairs.  Infusion nurses are supervised by the midlevel providers. 

The practice is offering a highly competitive salary $300,000 to $400,000 depending on experience.  They offer a comprehensive benefits package and production bonus. Partnership can be offered after three years with no buy-in.
