Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $350,000–$375,000
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
- Licensing & dues allowance: $2,000 annually
- CME allowance: $4,000 annually
- Benefit time: 240 hours
- Medical malpractice insurance provided (claims-made with tail coverage; $2.3M per occurrence / $6.9M aggregate)
