Immediate need for an Internal Medicine physician to join a Community Health Center in Fontana area. Practice is 100% Outpatient.  Group provides Primary| Ambulatory Care to the underserved communities of San Bernardino, Colton and Fontana, Riverside, Corona or Moreno Valley. Candidates must be competent with EMR, All Outpatient; Mon – Fri - 40 hour week (could include an occasional Sat.) Immediate Opening.

Generous Compensation package includes, Salary is $260K -- $300K BOE, $30K Sign on Bonus, Qualifies for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program. Malpractice Insurance, Medical, Dental insurance with dependents options, Life insurance, 403b with 1% Matching Paid Vacation, $2K CME allowance, Sick days and Holidays, $10K Relocation allowance.
