Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMHC/LISW)

Location: Quad Cities area near the border of IA/IL

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of psychological, psychiatric, and forensic services, including individual psychotherapy and medication management, as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct outpatient therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns and promote emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Participate in shared on-call duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMHC/LISW) in Iowa and/or Illinois, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience preferred but would consider recently licensed candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
