Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – (Adult)

Location: Fremont, CA

Hybrid Position – 2 days in office, 3 days from home

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional to join our team in providing comprehensive mental health services to a diverse population.  This is a hybrid role based in Northern California, offering flexibility with both in-office and remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and crisis intervention services for patients with a range of psychiatric needs, including conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other allied health professionals to coordinate individual treatment programs.
• Offer outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Maintain thorough documentation, treatment plans, and case summaries.
• Conduct psychoeducational classes and support groups.
• Work closely with external agencies for referral and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• Familiarity with DSM-V for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with severe mental health conditions.
• Must be Medicare-eligible in California and have experience with individual and group therapy.
• Experience working with an adult population.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $116,667 - $130,291 per year.
• $20,000 sign-on bonus.
