Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services in SNF/LTC settings
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide ongoing therapy and follow-up care
Candidate Qualifications
- Active Alabama license as LPC, LMHC, or LMFT
- Eligible to practice and bill independently
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Passion for serving the geriatric population
- LCSWs not eligible for this role
