  • Estimated annual compensation: $76,080–$90,024 (uncapped productivity)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services in SNF/LTC settings
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Provide ongoing therapy and follow-up care

 

Candidate Qualifications

  • Active Alabama license as LPC, LMHC, or LMFT
  • Eligible to practice and bill independently
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • Passion for serving the geriatric population
  • LCSWs not eligible for this role
