Licensed Therapist (LPC/LMFT) – South-Central Virginia | North Carolina/Virginia Border
Opportunity Highlights

Round-and-go model with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- No nights or weekends
- Provide psychotherapy in post-acute and long-term care settings
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, grief, and life transitions
- Collaborative interdisciplinary care team
- Experience required
Compensation & Benefits

W-2 position with base salary plus productivity
- Estimated earnings $73K–$93K+ annually
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)

Qualifications
- Active Virginia LPC or LMFT license
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- LCSW not considered
- Geriatric or post-acute experience preferred
