Licensed Therapist (LPC / LMHC / LMFT) – San Angelo, Texas

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Texas license as LPC, LMHC, LMFT
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- EMR experience helpful (Epic or Gehrimed), but not required
- Passion for working with older adult and post-acute populations
