Manager, Respiratory Therapy – 30 Minutes from San Francisco, CA
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Manager to lead inpatient respiratory services in the Bay Area. This is a key leadership role overseeing daily operations, clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and staff development within a unionized environment.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, onsite leadership role managing inpatient respiratory services
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary respiratory care team
- Oversee quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation practices
- Lead recruitment, training, and continuing education for clinical staff
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance patient care delivery
Requirements:
- Active California Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Minimum 7 years of experience in respiratory care
- At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Must have recent inpatient and union environment experience
- NICU experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $188,000 – $190,000 annually
