Seeking a BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine physician to provide primary care in post-acute care facilities.

Position Details:

• Part-Time - 1 day/week rounding schedule
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule
• Permanent employed position

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive salary - $75,000 to $80,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
• Malpractice including tail, license reimbursement, wellness benefits, and CME.
