System Medical Director - Occupational Health & Employee Health Services
Overview: Join our regional integrated healthcare system serving Berks, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. We're looking for a System Medical Director to lead Occupational Health and Employee Health Services. Over 11,500 employees across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Occupational Health & Worker’s Compensation strategy, providing clinical leadership and subject matter expertise.
- Collaborate to ensure consistent, compliant, and equitable employee and occupational healthcare.
- Supervise physicians and advanced practice providers, supporting recruitment, retention, and growth.
- Promote employee wellness, infectious disease control, and general safety policies.
- Oversee data analysis, incident tracking, and exposure management for program improvement.
- Serve as a clinical resource and consultant in Occupational Health.
- Support safety investigations, OSHA compliance, and Workers Compensation programs.
- Act as a Medical Review Officer (MRO) for internal drug testing and external client support.
- Utilize technology to enhance efficiency and job performance.

Maintain competence in adult care and perform managerial duties.
Qualifications:
- Occupational medicine certification.
- Current, unrestricted medical license in good standing.
- Knowledge of PA workers compensation system, DOH regulations, and relevant legislative frameworks.
- OSHA and MRO certifications.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
Skills and Certifications (Required):
- Board Certified/Eligible in Occupational Medicine.
- Comfortable in a Matrix Organization.
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Incentive + Stipend
