- $316,877–$355,052+ uncapped (FFS model)

Requirements:
- Board Certified – PM&R or Internal Medicine
- Minimum 2 years as an attending in an inpatient rehab facility (REQUIRED)
- Florida license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA required
Practice Model:
- Manage inpatient rehab patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and case management teams
- Lead quality initiatives and facility-level clinical oversight
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation
