Medical Director – Post Acute Care (FP, IM, Geriatrics)

 

Seeking a board certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrician to provide inpatient primary care to adults in skilled nursing facilities. 

 

This full-time position includes patient care rounding in skilled nursing facilities.  Experience in primary care, geriatrics.
  

Monday to Friday with day time call coverage (telephone)
