Nurse Manager - Interventional Radiology/Medical Imaging – Santa Rosa, CA
Position Overview:
Manage a large interventional radiology/medical imaging unit or multiple ambulatory care units. Ensure high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centered care in compliance with regulations. Oversee operations, clinical standards, staffing, budgets, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and standards of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Develop and manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and improve processes.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff, ensuring ongoing professional development.
- Manage safety, risk, and human resource issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of nursing leadership/management experience.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- California RN License and BLS certification.
- Interventional radiology and medical imaging experience.
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience managing staff in extended roles (e.g., RNs, NPs, RTs), multiple locations, or complex projects.
Compensation:
- Salary: $180,500 – $216,946/year + 10% annual bonus target and sign-on bonus
