Nursing Manager – NICU – Los Angeles County

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Position Highlights

• Manage a 49-bed Level III NICU in a Magnet-recognized hospital
• Oversee nursing services to ensure safe patient care and compliance with standards
• Supervise and develop staff while managing department operations
• Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes
• Full-time evening shift (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM)

Qualifications

• California RN license, BLS, NRP, RNC-NIC required
• BSN or MSN required (MSN preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of NICU nursing experience (3 years in a Level III community hospital)
• Minimum 3 years of NICU management or supervisory experience (Charge Nurse experience does not qualify)
• Experience in a union environment preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $183,000 – $243,800 per year
• 10% sign-on bonus
• Up to 15% annual performance-based bonus
• Full benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, CME, and malpractice coverage
