Nurse Manager - Operating Room

Shift: Day Shift, Full-Time

Summary:
 This role is responsible for the 24-hour management of Cardiac, Vascular, and Neuro/Spine units.  The Manager RN will oversee clinical and operational activities, ensuring high-quality patient care in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily clinical operations and patient care delivery.
• Develop and enforce standards for patient care and nursing practices.
• Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and medical center standards.
• Oversee staff development, performance evaluations, and educational programs.
• Manage surgical services' fiscal operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Foster effective interdepartmental relationships and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.  Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current Washington RN License.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a related clinical area with demonstrated leadership skills.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $127,587 to $205,379
