Ob/Gyn Hospitalist Medical Director – Lancaster, CA

Position Details:

• Lead an experienced team of OB/GYN physicians and certified nurse midwives.
• Oversee labor & delivery, perinatal services, and an OB/GYN outpatient clinic.
• Supported by engaged nursing staff, anesthesia, neonatology, and MFM.
• Leadership onboarding, development, and training provided.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $354,240 - $472,320.
• Medical director stipend and comprehensive benefits package.
• CME allowance and paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

• Flexible schedule with 6 to 8 shifts per month.
• No billing or coding responsibilities.
