Physiatrist (PM&R) – Northwest Indiana / Chicago Suburbs

- Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with 36 patient hours + 4 admin hours
- Weekend call and rounding rotation of 1:4

Clinical Focus:
- General Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Stroke and traumatic brain injury care
- Orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
- EMGs
- Botox for spasticity and migraine management
- Pain management/interventional procedures
- Prosthetics and orthotics
