Fee-for-service compensation with uncapped productivity
- Estimated earnings $233K–$275K+ annually

Qualifications
- BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Minimum of 1-year primary care experience
- Michigan medical license and DEA (or eligible)
- Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine preferred
