Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician - 1599795

Seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join a practice in Northwest Indiana less than 1 hour from Chicago.

 Ideal candidate will have a focus on caring for patients of all ages with experience in clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.  Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.  Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Highlights:

• 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours administrative time
• Joining an established group 
• Weekday Call:  3 – 4 per month
• Weekend & Holiday Call:  1:3 with Nurse Practitioner support
• Possible outreach to surrounding areas
• Blend of Inpatient and Outpatient with higher focus of clinic.   Some pulmonary and ICU will be required
• Average Inpatient Volume: varies due to hospital census
