Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical

Shifts Available: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem

Hiring Bonus: $20,000 and relocation assistance for eligible candidates

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Medical Surgical unit. This position is open to RNs at all levels, including Residents, who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patient condition, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the time of hire.
• Staff RN: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Fellow RN: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, but new to the specialty of hire.
• Resident RN: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
