Sonographer – Contract
Location: Danville, PA
Duration: 3 months
Start Date: August 2024 – October 2024
Summary: Sonographer will provide general, vascular and echo procedures at a primary care practice.
Position Details:
- Onsite position performing general, vascular, and echo exams to patients
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm EST
- No night or weekend coverage and no on-call requirements
- Please note, this is NOT a mobile position
Position Description:
- Onsite position performing general, vascular, and echo exams to patients
- The contract is 3 months long from August to October
- The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST
- No night or weekend coverage and no call requirements!
Responsibilities:
- Perform all ultrasound procedures independently with remote support
- Complete preliminary reports for review by interpreting physicians
- Assist patients from check-in through exam completion while providing patients with white glove, compassionate service
- Act as the face of the practice, building relationships with your patients, office staff, and medical providers
Requirements:
- Holds and active registry OR equivalent experience in ALL of the following modalities:
- General Ultrasound: ARDMS – (AB), (OB/GYN), (BR) or ARRT - RT(RDMS)
- Vascular Ultrasound: ARDMS – RVT (VT), ARRT – RT (VS), or CCI – RVS
- Echocardiography: ARDMS – RDCS or CCI – ACS or RCS
- Must have at least 1 year experience
