• Day or Evening Shifts
• Options include: Five 8-hour shifts, Four 10-hour shifts, or Three 12-hour shifts

 

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000

 

Job Description:

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the surgical suite and clinical areas. Your responsibilities include setting up the sterile table with instruments, supplies, and equipment, passing instruments to the surgeon during procedures, maintaining sterile techniques, and caring for instruments post-procedure. Surgical Technologists may also serve in various roles, including Case Carts, Turnover Team, and Service Line Surgical Technologists. You'll work under the supervision of an RN and assist with circulating duties when required. Your flexibility in these roles is essential for ensuring efficient patient flow in the operating room.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of a Surgical Technology program.
• Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.
• National Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Current experience as a registered Surgical Technologist. Recent completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program may also be considered as current experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of Operating room experience.

 

Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: USD $26,644 to $78,852
